USP is announcing changes to the revision mark-up in the USP–NF. Beginning with USP 42–NF 37, revisions will be tagged with their official date. This change is designed to align with existing mark-up for Errata, Revision Bulletins, and IRAs and to more clearly indicate the official dates of specific revisions.
