In accordance with the Rules and Procedures of the Council of Experts, this is to provide notice that the Biologics Monograph 4 - Antibiotics Expert Committee intends to revise the Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate for Oral Suspension monograph.
This revision is to remove the cross-reference in the Identification and Assay tests to the omitted monograph, Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate Oral Suspension. The full text of the test procedures from the omitted monograph Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate Oral Suspension will be added to the Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate for Oral Suspension monograph. There is no change to the test procedures or acceptance criteria for Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate for Oral Suspension.
It is anticipated that the proposed revision will be published as an Erratum pursuant to the Rules and Procedures.
