USP recently discovered an error with access to the Phytonadione Compounded Oral Suspension and Pyridostigmine Bromide Extended-Release Tablets monographs in Pharmacopeial Forum 44(2) [Mar.–Apr. 2018]. Attempts to access these monographs from the table of contents yield "Resource not found" errors. However, both monographs can be found via the "Search Current Issue" feature.
